Gossman Group was engaged by Pearl Cos. to provide the conceptual design needed to envision the 1909, 11-story former headquarters of the Provident Bank into a mixed-use opportunity for investment. The $38 million dollar, 120,000 square foot renovation was ultimately designed by Schooley Caldwell and Gossman Group remained involved in the project providing construction administration.
