Since 2014, Gossman Group has been involved in the design and development of this new 1,200 acre housing development located just 18 miles north of Columbus, OH in Delaware County. Designed around the principles of New Urbanism, Gossman Group was originally engaged to assist the owner’s team, lead by Tony Eyerman, and the The Edge Group with the design of a master plan for the entire project. The owner’s vision included a heavy emphasis on the pedestrian mobility throughout the development and especially between the shops, restaurants, parks and homes adjacent to the Town Center. The master plan complete, Gossman Group continued with the project, developing the conceptual design for the mixed use buildings and residential townhouses to be constructed in and around the town center. Phase 1 is underway in 2020 with Gossman Group serving as the Architect of Record and preparing the construction documents for two 4-story, mixed-use buildings with ground floor retail and restaurants and upper floor luxury apartments including rooftop penthouses.
