When a private developer began exploring the feasibility of bringing a semi-professional baseball team to Abilene, TX, the Abilene Chamber of Commerce engaged Gossman Group to look at a possible industrial site for the project and develop a master plan and vision for how the project may fit into Abilene’s growth and development plans. Proposed to anchor the newly emerging SoDo District of Abilene, located south of the historic downtown of the city, Gossman Group performed a site analysis which included quickly ascertaining the correct orientation for the baseball field, amenities, seating and parking needs.
