The City of Powell is one of central Ohio’s premier communities, sought after for its high quality of life, traditional community character, and vibrant business environment. Based on a downtown master plan created by Kinzelman Kline Gossman [KKG], 50 South Liberty is a 40,000 square feet, mixed-use building, designed to project the appearance of an assemblage of several small buildings, consistent with the traditional character of downtown Powell. Tenanting for the mixed use building includes restaurant/cafes and retail on the first floor and office space on the second floor. This catalytic project has led to additional investment in the historic core of Powell.
